    argh. yesterday training was so tiring.we did 300m warm-up. then we were supposed to have done 30x25m free and stroke, 20x50m free and stroke, 10x750m free and stroke and 5x100m free and stroke. but we cut the 5x100m and 2 of the 10x750m. yeah. then we were (again) supposed to have done 200m warm-down but we din do it anyways. hahas. then rite, leonard gave chia a h20. you noe the can drink? hahas. then daphne started saying that he likes chia. hahas. but i dun really think so. i guess he likes her for the fact that she is a EXTREMEMLY GOOD SWIMMER. hahas. yar. but not like LIKE her. hahas. yeah. i was having really bad crams yesterday during training and had to rest awhile. man...it was so damn painful. also i have neptune league tomorrow!!! aaaaah! hahas. so i told leonard and he told me to just pace myself. like don't go too fast. hehehs xD but i tried to keep up anyway.
    anyways, yesterday training was also quite freakkay. coz ***** kept looking at me and when i was slower than her she would smile like she's saying oh yea! i'm faster than you! ergh. so irritated by her. so i walked home and the bus stop was sooo far away from CCAB i was so damn tired when i reached there. hiaz.
    oh shucks. neptune league tmr. i'm so gonna die. free relay and medley relay(fly). aaaah! so scary. hahas. and the team shirt is GREEN with COLLLAR somemore its YONEX. that's for BADMINTON! like....so CHEAPSKATE! hahas. no wonder they gave it for free. hiaz...

    woah. this entry is uber long. hahas. maybe it's coz of all the caps lock words. hahas. been trying to study for the past few days but have been caught up in so many activities. hehes. oh yar, went dental appointment yesterday to change wire. hahas. not as painful as last time. maybe i'm getting immune to the pain. hahas.
    going training again today. i scared later my jiao lian ask why i never go training this week. somemore neptune league tmr. hahas.
    [sighs] got piano lesson and chinese tuition later.
